We the People shall not allow Supreme Court nominees lie under oath or mislead to secure lifetime appointments to the highest court of the land. Any Supreme Court justices who lied or mislead during their confirmation hearings about whether or not they supported overturning Roe v. Wade should be investigated.

We request the American Bar Association investigate misconduct by any Supreme Court nominees who may have lied under Oath during nomination hearings. Such action impacts hundreds of millions of people with Rulings that deeply undermine the Human Civil Rights of the majority of Americans. Lying to duly elected members of the United States Senate in order to secure a Supreme Court confirmation shall not stand. As such, disciplinary action should be to the full extent of the law.

Sanctions for Misconduct shall be on the grounds of Disbarment by the court. Factors to be Considered in Imposing Sanctions. In imposing a sanction after a finding of lawyer misconduct, the court or board shall consider the following factors, as enumerated in the ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Sanctions.
(1) whether the lawyer has violated a duty owed to a client, to the public, to the legal system, or to the profession;
(2) whether the lawyer acted intentionally, knowingly, or negligently;
(3) the amount of the actual or potential injury caused by the lawyer's misconduct; and
(4) the existence of any aggravating or mitigating factors.

We request the American Bar Association investigate these actions for the sake of our Democracy, Human Civil Rights and for the legitimacy of the Court.

Thank you for your support.
