Immediate asylum for Saadi and Mehdi Fattaghnejad The brothers and political activists Saadi und Mehdi Fattahnejad had to leave Iran in the year 2007 because they were politically persecuted there. They first fled to Northern Iraq, where they engaged in the political movement of foreign workers. In the year 2016 both brothers had to flee to Germany, because on the one hand they felt threatened by the Iranian Secret Services in Northern Iraq, and on the other hand they had difficulties in obtaining a residence permit from the North Iraqi authorities. In Germany, their asylum application was rejected twice, and they were asked to request Iranian passports in the Iranian Embassy in order to be deported.
Saadi and Mehdi urgently need to be approved as refugees immediately. Otherwise they are facing torture and death in Iranian prisons.

Sie flohen erst in den Nordirak wo sie für die ausländische Arbeitermigration politisch aktiv waren. 2016 mussten beide Brüder nach Deutschland fliehen, weil sie sich einerseits von den iranischen Geheimdiensten im Nordirak bedroht sahen, andrerseits hatten sie Schwierigkeiten, von den Behörden im Nordirak eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zu erhalten. Ihr Asylantrag in Deutschland wurde zwei Mal abgelehnt und sie wurden aufgefordert, iranische Pässe bei der Botschaft zu beantragen, um abgeschoben zu werden. Saadi und Mehdi müssen sofort als politische Flüchtlinge anerkannt werden. Andernfalls drohen ihnen Folter und Tod in iranischen Gefängnissen.

پناهندگی سیاسی فوری برای سعدی و مهدی فتاح
سعدی و مهدی فتاح نژاد دو برادر و فعال سیاسی هستند که به خاطر مسائل سیاسی و تعقیب پلیسی ناچار شدند ایران را ترک کنند. ابتدا به شمال عراق پناهنده شده و در شمال عراق تا زمانی که از آنجا خارج می شوند و به آلمان می آیند مشغول فعالیت سیاسی برای کارگران مهاجر بودند. سال 2016 هر دو برادر مجبور می شوند به خاطر مسائل مختلف از جمله خطر ناشی از حضور نیروهای امنیتی وابسته به نهادهای امنیتی ایران در کردستان عراق و همچنین مشکل اقامت در شمال عراق، آنجا را ترک کنند و به آلمان بیایند. درخواست پناهندگی آن در آلمان دوبار رد شده است و دولت آلمان از آنان درخواست کرده است که پاس ایرانی شان را از طریق مراجعه به کنسولگری تهیه کنند، تا به راحتی دیپورت شان کنند.
سعدی و مهدی فتاح نژاد لازم است فورا به عنوان پناهنده ی سیاسی قبول شوند. در صورت دیپورت به ایران شکنجه و اعدام در زندان های ایران در انتظارشان است.
