Remove CCPO Umar Sheikh

CCPO Lahore, Umar Sheikh blamed gang rape victim for the ordeal she suffered on Lahore-Islamabad motorway. He claimed the victim should have ensured she had enough petrol in her car and not travelled on a deserted route like the Motorway. Such victim blaming is embedded in our culture which allows rapists to go free and the police to shy away from fulfilling their responsibility. He is not worthy of the strategic post bestowed upon him by the Government of Punjab.
