Retrieve transparency and clear roadmap for Epayments Limited platform situation FCA block

On the behalf of Epayments Systems Limited clients, the following petition is addressed: 


Thousands of Epayments Systems Limited clients are suffering from the Epayments Systems Limited system lockdown without ability to withdraw their money funds during complicated COVID situation and in general due to the lack of transparency in the company processes of vulnerabilities liquidation and infinite loop in communication between FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Epayments Systems Limited itself, not being provided efficient replies and updates on a regular manner. 

Epayments clients are frustrated with created situation and with a lack of hope in retrieving their funds back are asking for the following:

1. A clear and official update from FCA on the created situation.  
2. A clear roadmap with planned and actionable actions that Epayments is executing and clear deadlines specified and presented to the customers.
3. Creation of dedicated commission group that will take care of customer requests for money withdrawal to provided alternative accounts to be executed during the system lock-down, it may involve confirmation documents as required.
4. Weekly updates from Epayments Systems Limited on the work execution.
5. FCA strict control and confirmation on the accounts safeguard and official financial report on the company liquidity for the current date and ongoing.
