Land in the developed world is being listed at a price higher then people can afford to rent and small business' are going bankrupt for no reason other then unfair greed sick corporate usury of the tax system!  Sign this petition to go to premiers in Canada and Governors in the USA - and should be sent to all participating nations of "EMPTY PROPERTY TAX REBAIT FRAUD"! IT IS THE PRACTICE OF ENEFFICIENTCY OF CIVICALLY DEVELOPED LAND FOR THE USE OF UNFAIR AND UNWARRUNTED TAX REBAITS FOR LOOSER CORPORATIONS WANTING TAX FREE MONEY IN THE FORM OF TAX REBAITS AT TAX TIME AND IS THE LEADING REASON FOR UNECECARY SPECIES EXTINCTION OF SPECIES THROUGH THE ACT OF HABITAT DESTRUCTION FOR HUMAN LAND DEVELOPEMENT!

WE NEED PROPERTY USED FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL HOUSING EMPTY PROPERTY TAX REBAIT FRAUD MUST STOP FOR THE BETTERMENT OF WORLD ECONOMIES AND TO HELP SLOW AND STOP THE UNECESARY EXTINCTION OF GODS WILDLIFE HE GAVE TO US TO SUSTAIN AS A CHOIR FOR LIVING ON EARTH AND TEST TO MANKIND AND WE ARE FAILING MISERABLY FOR GREED SICKNESS!

LAND USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAX SHELTERING, corporate tax sheltering causing excessive vacancy and land use in efficiency IS causing homelessness and small business bankruptcy and even, both destabilizing the world's economies causing job loss but also making it so that there is artificial demand for land causing wildlife habitat to be destroyed and early extinction of endangered species!

We are trying to set up offices and fight in court this blatant waste for greed killing of animals and their natural habitat! MAN KINDS FOOD CHAIN! Help the cause, which will result in tax dollars being saved and market place balance disrupting artificial inflation thus solving many of the industrialized worlds problems! The problem started in Ontario Canada and from there went to other areas of Canada and the world now we have wasted un used civically developed land that righteously belongs to all tax payers because the corporations holding this land empty are intentionally pricing it to the highest possible contract comparison and in Ontario that is the price that Workers Safety Insurance Board manager took the worst rent deal in the history of the world for like $10 million annually which isn't worth it and shouldn't be used when doing the pricing for land through averages because a bad government rip off deal shouldn't used to find out what small business and individual Canadians can afford, because if WSIB (Workers Safety Insurance Board) is turning down claims like they did in my case even bouncing a refund cheque like they did to me when i was injured but covered

- THAT IS NOT THE GOING RATE BUT A FRAUDED PRICE BASED ON ONE BAD CONTRACT AND ISN'T APART OF THE AVERAGES BECAUSE CANADIANS CAN'T AFFORD THE ARTIFICIAL INFLATION THAT ONE EXCESIVE HORRIBLE BAD MANAGER DID WITH THE COMPOUNDED RESOURCES OF ALL OF US SO ITS UN FAIR TO USE THAT AS THE GOING RATE. THE GOING RATE OF RENT HAS TO BE WHAT EACH AND EVERY CANADIAN AND SMALL BUSINESS CAN AFFORD TO SUSTAIN AND MOVE FORWARD THUS PROOF HERE AS THIS HAS MANIFESTED FROM ONTARIO TO NEW YORK WHERE THE WORST TAX USERY IS HAPPENING BUT CANADA IS FUNDEMENTALLY LOP SIDED WITH HISTORIC LEVELS OF COMMERICALLY ZONED CIVICALLY DEVELOPED LAND THAT SMALL BUSINESS CAN'T AFFORD TO SUSTAIN THUS ITS TO HIGH A PRICE WE MUST ABOLISH IT AND NOT IMULATE IT. THE OTHER UNFAIR PROVISION IS THE PROVINCIAL PROVISION FOR FUTURE DEVELOPEMENT WHERE PRICES ARE SO HIGH WITH THE INTENT ON NOT HAVING RENTERS, WHAT A COLASAUL RIP OFF OF THE TAX PAYER, THUS THE RENT PRICE IS EQUATED TO THE EMPTY PROPERTY PROVISIONS THAT USUALLY START AT EQUATING WHAT THE RENT SHOULD BE BY THE % OF THE PRICE OF THE RENT ARTIFICIAL INFLATION THUS INSTEAD OF .65$ LISTING PRICES ARE GOING FOR $4.00 A SQUARE FOOT IN LONDON, ONTARIO WITH A STAGGERING HOMELESS EPIDEMIC LIKE NEW YORK AND SANFRANSISICO AND CALGARY AND NOW OTHER AREAS WHERE THE SAME TAX SCREWERY HAS BEEN IMULATED FOR A BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOSERS AND WORSE THEN SHOP LIFTERS, ESSENTIALLY THE ROUTE CAUSE FOR SHOP LIFTING AND CRIME, IS THIS METHOD OF CAUSING ARTIFICIAL INFLATION AND IT NEEDS TO BE DONE AWAY WITH TO SAVE NOT ONLY FAIR PRICED RENT THAT IS RENT NOT RENT PRICED FOR TAX SCREWERY AND WASTE OF EMPTY PROPERTY BUT SO PRIMITIVE IN GREED SICKENSS THIS ACT THAT WE ARE HAVING TO HARVEST LAND IN WILDLIFE AREAS BEFORE IT IS NEEDED CAUSING UN ESESARY, UNEFFICIENCY OF LAND USE & EARLY EXTINCTION OF; BIRDS, PLATNS, INSECTS AND ANIMALS - OUR FOOD CHAIN!
