Remove Visa Requirement for Enrollment

A lot of us students from about 8 different countries are facing issues in obtaining the visa. The university delayed the admission process at first and now the embassies are giving us a hard time issuing visa clearance or even visa appointments in some cases. Despite the up coming semester being online and having fulfilled all the admission requirements we can not start our studies just because of something which is not in our hands, i.e the visa. The embassies are not helping neither is the university, the university keeps denying our request saying it’s the law of the state of NRW, but many other universities have allowed students to enroll without proof of visa to study online then why can’t they do it? We can submit the visa as soon as we receive it, and we would need it anyway if we want to continue our studies for the coming semester. WE REQUEST THE UNIVERSITY TO REMOVE THE VISA PROOF REQUIREMENT FOR ENROLLMENT!
