Samsung Middle East

It's been almost 3 months since Samsung S20 Ultra was supposed to get the One UI 5 update. Some phones in the Middle East got it while some have yet to get it. This is to inform you that many of us are fighting to get the update by calling you for answers. This is probably the only way we can get you the message.
