Martin J.
started this petition to
Scottish Government
In light of the ruling by the UK Supreme court, we the undersigned demand that the Scottish National Party, in its role as incumbent Scottish Government: (1) calls a Scottish Parliamentary election under Section 3 of the Scotland Act 1998; (2) stands in unity with other parties by means of mutual endorsement of cross-party pro-independence candidates; and (3) utilise the constituency ballot for the purposes of putting the question to the people of Scotland on termination of, and secession from the "voluntary" United Kingdom.
