There's a lot of interest between EU investors about a World Small Cap Value ETF.
Currently these two are available:

SPDR MSCI USA Small Cap Value Weighted UCITS ETF (IE00BSPLC413)
SPDR MSCI Europe Small Cap Value Weighted UCITS ETF (IE00BSPLC298)

MSCI also has a world small cap value index available

MSCI World Small Cap Value Weighted Index

We'd like SPDR to similarly provide a new ETF that tracks the index above. We believe european investors will prefer this ETF instead of the two above (US and EU).
