The President of COSTA RICA is allowing MASSIVE DEFORESTATION of the Southern Caribbean coast for tourism investments!

The Municipality of Talamanca, Costa Rica, published on June 16th, 2023 a Coastal Regulation Plan that will allow destruction of our coastal ecosystems, inconsiderate building on the coastline and loss of its fragile biodiversity.

Government denies actual running water shortage, plans to allow land segregation and construction density up to 70%, also wants to increase property taxes that local communities won't be able to afford!

We have until August 4th 2023 to react and stop that environmental disaster!
