Το κλείσιμο των καταστημάτων στην Ξυλαγανή Ροδόπης και στα Δίκαια Έβρου είναι πέρα για πέρα αντιαναπτυξιακό για την περιοχή, την στιγμή που όλα τα κόμματα της Βουλής των Ελλήνων, προσπαθούν μέσω της Επιτροπής να θέσουν στόχους για την ανάπτυξη της Θράκης. Ο ακριτικός τόπος δεν αντέχει περαιτέρω υποβάθμιση. Οι ακρίτες επιφυλάσσονται για κλιμάκωση της αντίδρασής τους.
