Neighbors: Stop Truck Rentals At Lockbox

295 neighbors signed a petition demonstrating their opposition to approval of non qualified use of commercial development

On Thursday Jan 10 the Board of Zoning Appeals will make a decision about whether the Lockbox storage site on Wade Hampton can rent trucks and trailers. This currently is not consistent with the zoning for this property. An exception to this zoning regulation will open the door to more such uses along the Wade Hampton Redevelopment District, continuing the shabby, semi-industrial look we have now. Signing this petition will let City Planning and the Zoning Board know you care about this issue. Thank you!
