BMW: Improve BMW Connected app for the i3

Most of us BMW i3 users are facing major issues with accessing information in the BMW Connected app. For example, the battery charging status information is often extremely out of date (by even more than a day sometimes) and does not update when needed. This is a common issue worldwide so it cannot be attributed to the local network. Please investigate this further and give us a commitment to fix this issue.
It's a real pity that BMW, despite being a premium brand, has not yet fixed these issues. We are enthusiastic early adopters who adore their i3s but need to see that BMW takes our issues seriously in order to continue buying BMWi products in the future.
