Stop Overpopulation- Swap Weapons for Schools and Hospitals

The world is very quickly overpopulating, the effects on all of us are incomprehensible and it is in the young people of the world's hands to make a change. An ambitious teenager has identified that the problem of overpopulation lies within the lack of education in the third world countries. She proposes that 0.2% of taxes paid worldwide to be redirected towards funding schools and hospitals in developing countries, as opposed to nuclear arms and military operations.
