Është problemi më i madh i shoqërisë së Shqipërisë dhe pengesa për në bashkimin Europian.
Që nga viti 1945 me diktaturën e Enver Hoxhës janë marrur pronat e të gjithë Shqiptarëve mbase diktatura u rrëzua dhe politikanët e Shqipërisë në vend që të kthenin të gjitha pronat tek pronarët e ligjshëm, ato nxorrën një ligj po ashtu komunist për të vjellur pronar e pronarëve të mëdhenj, të vegjël, pronat e bregdetit, dhe vendet më të bukura të Shqipërisë.
Nxorrën ligjin 7504 të cilin e pengon pronarin në marrje të pronave të veta, dhe çdo njeri që dëshiron dhe që punonte tokën, Qeveria ia bënte të veten, i linte pronarët e vërtetë pa asgjë dhe duke bërë të gjithë Shqipërinë lëmsh. Po me këtë ligj, ata morën shumë prona në vende të bukura dhe me këtë ligj tani do marrin edhe çertifikatën e pronësisë, ndërkohë që ata nuk janë as trashigimtarë, as blerës, as nuk ua ka dhuruar kush.
Sipas nenit 41 të kushtetutës së Shqipërisë, trashigimtarët ligjor mbeten pa gjë dhe e kishin pronën me dokumentacion të regullt që nga viti 1939 deri në vitin 1945, dhe shteti Shqiptar ka 23 vjeq që nuk ua jep pronat pronarëve dhe vazhdon ligjin neo-komunist për të rrëmbyer pronat e trashigimtarëve ligjor me anë të ligjit 7501 të cilin nga konfliktet e pronësisë kanë humbur jetën 8000 Shqiptar. Këto janë jetë njerëzish dhe është shkelje e të të drejtave të njeriut.
Qeveria ka marrë përsipër kompensimin dhe me taksat e popullit Shqiptar do paguajnë pronat të cilat ata kanë vjellur dhe të cilat gjykata e lartë e të drejtave të njeriut e ka gjykuar shtetin Shqiptar me gjoba shumë të mëdha për ekoniminë e Shqipërisë.
Janë 400 dosje në Strasburg vetëm për çështjen e pronësisë.
Kemi të drejtë ne Shqiptarët të marrim pronat tona.
DUAM MEQË JEMI DHE NE NJË SHOQËRI EUROPIANE, PRONAT TEK PRONARËT E LIGJSHËM, TË HAPEN VENDE PUNE DHE TË NDALOHET VDEKJA E NJERËZVE PËR MOSMARRËVESHJEN E PRONËS.
DUAM QË TË ARRIJMË SA MË SHUMË QË TË BINDIM EUROPËN DHE QEVERIN SHQIPTARE TË LARGOJNË LIGJIN 7501, TË RESPEKTOHET KUSHTETUTA SEPSE PRONA ËSHTË GJËJA MË E SHTRENJTË NË KËTË PLANET.
DHE DUHET RESPEKTUAR NGA TË GJITHË, JU LUTEM TË GJITHËVE TI TREGOJMË QEVERISË SË SHQIPËRISË QË E GJITH BOTA DO NJË SHQIPËRI DEMOKRATIKE DHE EUROPIANE DHE TË NDALOJMË VRASJET NDËR MES SHQIPTARËVE.
QEVERIA TË BASHKËPUNOJË ME SHOQATËN SHQIPTARE PRONËSI DHE DREJTËSI, DHE KEMI TË DREJTË TË JEMI NJË VEND EUROPIAN DHE DEMOKRATIK.

It is the biggest problem of Albanian society and a barrier for the Europen Union .
From year 1945 with Enver Hoxha's dictatorship the Albanian properties are taken because the dictatorship went down , and the politicans of Albania instead of bringing back the Albanian properties to rightful owners , they issued a communist law , to steal properties from old owners and young owners , properties of coast , and the most beautiful places in Albania .
They issued the 7501 law who disturbs the owner for taking his properties , and every man who wants the land and who worked the land, the government leaves the owners with nothing and making the whole Albania look bad, and with this law they even took a lot of money and with this law they will take the certificate of ownership, while they are neither buyers nor inheritors nor has someone sold to them.
According to the article of the Consitution of Albania, which legal heirs remain with nothing and the property they had with proper documentation from 1939-1945, the state has 23 years who dont give the properties to the owners and the neo-communist law continues to grab properties of legal inheritors by the 7501 law which ownership conflicts have killed 8000 Albanians.
This lives are people's lives, and is a violation of human rights.
The government has taken over compensation and with taxes of the Albanian people they will pay properties which they vomited and that the hight court of human rights judged the Albanian state with large penalties for economy of Albania, and there are 400 files in Strasburg for only the property case, and we Albanians have rights to take our properties back.
AS WE ARE EUROPEAN SOCIETY TOO, WE WANT THE PROPERTIES TO RIGHTFUL OWNERS AND TO CREATE JOBS, AND TO STOP THE DEATH OF PEOPLE FOR PROPERTY CONFLICTS.
WE WANT TO CONVINCE EUROPE AND ALBANIAN GOVERNMENT TO STOP THE 7501 LAW, TO RESPECT THE CONSTITUTION BECAUSE PROPERTY IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING IN THIS PLANET.
PLEASE, LETS ALL TELL TO THE ALBANIAN GOVERNMENT THAT THE WHOLE WORLD WANTS AN DEMOCRATIC ALBANIA AND EUROPEAN AND TO STOP ALL KILLINGS BETWEEN ALBANIANS.
THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO WORK OUT WITH ALBANIAN ASSOCIATION OWNERSHIP AND JUSTICE.
AND WE ALL HAVERIGHTS TO BE EUROPEAN AND DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY.
