Canadian Parliament
Under existing laws the Prime Minister of Canada can only theoretically be impeached.

Call on Parliament to put into place specific law, policies and procedures via which the Prime Minister of Canada can be impeached for crimes against the people of Canada .

As things stand the danger is that a Prime Minister can descend into despotism based on his perception that he’s above the law. Online evidence suggests that recently many people have sought information, and have written, about impeaching the Prime Minister inevitably because they feel that these unfortunate, and frightening, circumstances have arrived.

Many reasons have been put forward as to why Prime Minister Stephen Harper should be impeached. Three of these are;

1) His disregard for the due process of Canada’s Supreme Court in forcing through the Canada-China FIPA trade agreement. This gives China’s industries the right to sue the Canadian government if they feel they’re not making enough profit on Canada’s natural resources. Effectively China’s industries now have the rights to Canada’s natural resources for the next 31 years.

2. The genocidal poisoning of Northern Alberta's Indigenous Natives via ground water, and air, contamination due to the the bitumen fracking at the filthy northern Alberta Tar Sands.

3. The unlawful trampling, even before enacting the “Terrorizing” changes to Bill C-51, of the Fundamental Freedoms in the Charter of Rights by declaring oil pipeline protestors to be “Violent Anti-Petroleum Extremists.”

In order to enact the C-51 “Terrorism” bill Prime Minister Harper doesn’t demure from acting on the lessons of infamous Nazi Party leader Hermann Goering:

“…Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers (as conspiracy theorists) for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country." - Goering at the Nuremberg Trials

According to polls most Canadians aren’t concerned about relinquishing their Fundamental Freedoms regarding privacy because they have nothing to hide. They are projecting their own innocence onto the Prime Minister’s office which is anything but innocent.

In light of the increasing loss of justice in Canada for ordinary innocent citizens new measures must be taken to ensure that ordinary people have recourse when things get extraordinarily bad.

Send a message to Ottawa by signing this petition for parliament to enact law, policies and procedures making it possible to impeach the Prime Minister when absolute power corrupts absolutely.

It’s nothing more than a protection that any and every democracy should have in place already.
