City of New Orleans , State of Louisiana , Congress

Save the Lower 9th, Upper 9th and 8th Ward communities from a “freeway” at Florida Ave by Law and the Industrial Canal.

The truck traffic there now creates cracks in homes, pollution, noise and is dangerous near residential housing. it reduces property values and is Environmental Racism. An increase will ruin the community.
Replace the bridges at Florida Blvd and Claiborne/Seeber across the Industrial Canal.
Add a small bridge at St. Claude for bikes and pedestrians.
