Every single motorist in South Africa

This won't be a waste as it's going to the highest places. I am devastated by the recent loss of two kids because of this violence and have myself been personally effected. It's shocking that we can't travel safely on our freeways and have to be held hostage to criminals who throw objects off bridges onto our motorists.
