Everyone who has a heart, the international community and INGOS
Civilians in East Aleppo are being massacred on a large scale by the hands of the Syrian regime. Act now to push for save passage for those who are still alive. There is little time left.

URGENT PLEA FOR &numSAFEPASSAGE FOR OUR COLLEAGUES IN SYRIA &numSAVEALEPPO

This is a last minute plea to the international community, INGOS and wider humanity to act today to secure the immediate safe passage of besieged civilians in Aleppo. Particular attention should be paid to high risk groups.
In the last few days activists and international media outlets have reported the rounding up of groups of young men, resulting in hundreds of disappearances. Forced conscription, illegal detention and torture. We note that the UN statement on 12/12 is wholly insufficient in light of the current situation and in context of all evidence which has flowed out of Syria for nearly 6 years documenting war crimes by Bashar Al‐Assad and his allies. Most noticeable is the international communities willing to ignore the genocide taking place in Syria and take action.
A Genocide, which involves death, torture, terror, insurmountable grief, the rape of men women and children and the cause of a catastrophic refugee crisis.
On the day of 12/12/2016 civilian activists across Europe held &numSaveAleppo vigils in major cities such as London, Berlin, Zurich. At the same time reports came in of summary executions by the regime, including executions of Dr's, Nurses and civilians at hospitals in X. From Eastern Aleppo there were reports from ground journalists and prominent activists who gave what they believe would be their final messages. Anyone who has spoken out against the regime, or documented their crimes, especially internationally, are particularly targeted. People have been wrongly labeled as terrorists and legitimized as targets ‐ on principles such as freedom of speech. Those civilian opposition activists, journalists, humanitarian workers including the White Helmets, or medics, or families of any of these groups, who are called “terrorists” by the regime need to leave in the next 24 hours. Other people are in need of urgent medical evacuation, everything from serious injuries to newborn babies in incubators without consistent power supply.
We have received rapidly escalating reports in the last few days of mass executions, seen videos of captured opposition civilians being tortured by pro‐regime regime forces, who post such videos themselves, and our friends in E Aleppo have now overheard a pro‐regime military radio channel instructing the pro‐regime soldiers to rape and torture them. Plus reports of people being rounded up into smaller enclaves in the cities and then bombed. Much of this information is transmitted to an international network of activists prepared to keep the Syrian Genocide top of the international agenda and to share the atrocities taking place. Pro‐Revolution Activists in Syria risk their lives everyday documenting the crimes of the Syrian regime and do not recognize Bashar Al‐Assad as Syria’s President, they know him as a war criminal, who should be standing trial for the massacres and deaths, torture and imprisonment of hundreds of thousands of people. We as activists are connected to the brave activists of Syria, documenting crimes from within their countries.
The list of people we have compiled is stored as pseudonymised ID numbers for safety. We call upon you to pull all the strings within your organization and network to escalate this plea for safe passage. Please help us save our colleagues lives.

لماذا هذا مهم &colon المدنيون في حلب الشرقية يتعرضون لمذبحة شنيعة على أيدي النظام السوري .تحركوا الآن للضغط لفتح ممر آمن للذين مازالوا على قيد الحياة ، الوقت يكاد ينفد.

هذه آخر دقيقة يعذر فيها المجتمع الدولي و المنظمات الغير حكومية و الانسانية جمعاء ليتحركوا اليوم لتأمين ممر حالي و آمن لخروج المدنيين المحاصرين في حلب، و تركيز الاهتمام على المجموعات الاكثر عرضة للخطر .في الايام القليلة الماضية افاد ناشطون و وسائل اعلام دولية أن مجموعات من الشبان يتم اعتقالهم مما أدى الى حالات اختفاء و تجنيد قسري و احتجاز غير مشروع و تعذيب .نلاحظ أن بيان الامم المتحدة في 12/12 تماما غبر كافي في اطار الوضع الحالي و في سياق جميع الادلة التي تدفقت من سوريا منذ ما يقارب 6 سنوات توثق فيها جرائم الحرب التي قام بها بشار الاسد و حلفاؤه ، و الاكثر اثارة للانتباه هو عزم المجتمع الدولي على تجاهل الابادة الجماعية التي تحصل في سوريا و اتخاذ اجراء بخصوصها.
ابادة جماعية ، من قتل و تعذيب و ارهاب و مصائب لا تنتهي الى الاعتداء على الرجال و النساء و الاطفال و التسبب في أزمة لجوء كارثية.في يوم 12/12/2016 قام ناشطون في جميع انحاء اوروبا بحملة وقفات احتجاجية &numانقذوا_حلب في المدن الكبرى مثل لندن و برلين و زيورخ . في الوقت ذاته وردت تقارير لحصيلة اعدامات النظام تضمنت اطباء و ممرضين و مدنيين في مشاف في حلب الشرقية و كان هناك تقارير من صحفيين على الارض و ناشطين بارزين قدموا بها ما اعتقدوا انه قد يكون رسالتهم الاخيرة . كل من تكلم ضد النظام او وثق جرائمه و خصوصا على الصعيد الدولي هم مستهدفون بشكل خاص. الناس كانت تلصق بهم تهم الارهاب و يتم استهدافهم لتبنيهم مبادىء كحرية التعبير . اولئك الناشطون المدنيون المعارضون و الصحفيون و العاملون الانسانيون بمن فيهم الدفاع المدني و الطواقم الطبية و عائلاتهم جميعا كانوا يدعون " بالارهابيين" و توجب عليهم المغادرة في غضون 24 ساعة .اشخاص اخرون كانوا بحاجة لاخلاء طبي اسعافي كالذين كانت لديهم اصابات بالغة او الاطفال حديثي الولادة الذين كانوا بحاجة للبقاء في الحضانات مع انقطاع الطاقة.لقد تلقينا تقارير متصاعدة في الأيام القيلية الماضية عن عمليات اعدام جماعية و رأينا مقاطع لمدنيين معارضين تم القبض عليهم و تعذيبهم من قبل النظام و جماعات موالية له قاموا بنشر المقاطع بانفسهم و قام اصدقاء في حلب الشرقية بالتقاط اوامر لاسلكية لقوات موالية للنظام تحثهم على تعذيبهم و الاعتداء عليهم.بالاضافة الى تقارير عن اناس تم زجهم الى مناطق تجمع ضيقة و من ثم قصفهم . الكثير من هذه المعلومات يتم نقلها الى شبكة دولية لنشطاء مستعدين لابقاء الابادة الجماعية في سوريا متصدرة جداول الاعمال الدولية و نشر الفظائع التي ترتكب . نشطاء الثورة السورية يعرضون حياتهم للخطر يوميا ليوثقوا جرائم النظام السوري و لا يعترفون ببشار الاسد كرئيس لسوريا، و يعرفونه كمجرم حرب يجب محاكمته على جرائم القتل و المذابح و و تعذيب و سجن مئات الالاف من الناس.نحن كنشطاء متصلون بالنشطاء الشجعان في سوريا الذين يوثقون الجرائم من داخل بلادهم.يتم تخزين قائمة الاشخاص التي نقوم بجمعها كأرقام تدل على الهوية لحفظ السلامه.و نحن ندعوكم لاطلاق كافة جهودكم لتصعيد هذا النداء لفتح معبر آمن .رجاء ساعدونا بإنقاذ ارواح زملائنا.ملاحظة &colon هذه القائمة لن يتم نشرها و سيتم تسليمها لمسؤول موثوق لتفصحها و لن يتم تسليمها لأي طرف قد يعمل على استغلالها . سلامة الناس في هذه القائمة هي اولويتنا.وجه نداء لحكومتك و ممثلي الحكومات المعنية في بلدك&colon [01&colon55, 12/14/2016] Abdullah Al Ahmad&colon ‐ وقف الاعمال العدائية و القصف فورا و المطالبة بفاصل انساني حالي نظرا لحجم الازمة الانسانية في حلب الشرقية.‐ تأمين ممرات آمنة للخروج من المدينة و تأمين طريق الكاستيلو كمخرج من المدينة. تأمين مخرج مخصص للحالات الطبية.المشافي لم تعد قادرة على التعامل مع الجرحى و مستوى المعاناة سببه استهداف المشافي و المرافق المدنية المستمر من قبل الروس و النظام. لا يوجد تقديرات لعدد الناس ممن هم في حاجة لاخلاء طبي عاجل .‐ تأمين قافلة انسانية مستقلة و محايدة تستطيع الدخول الى شرقي حلب لتوصيل المساعدات و اضافة القليل من البنية الانسانية للفوضى القائمة. بين العنف المتصاعد و برد الشتاء القارس اصبح الناس اكثر عرضة للهلاك من اي وقت سبق و الالاف يتعرضون للارهاب و الابادة.‐ الدعوة في الحال لايقاف اعمال الاعتقال التعسفي و الاعدام و التجنيد الاجباري للمدنيين و الناشطين و الاعلاميين في سوريا و التركيز حالا على من هم في خطر في حلب.‐ السماح بالرصد الدولي من قبل اللجنة الدولية و الامم المتحدة و مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الانسانية و ضمان مرور آمن لجميع المدنيين ممن هم تحت التهديد في شرق حلب. تأمين مرور آمن لمن هم مستهدفين من قبل النظام كصحفيين و ناشطين مدنيين مثل بانه العابد و امها .‐ توفير ضمانات للسلامة و متابعة جميع الجهود الدبلوماسية لوقف القتال في المناطق الاخرى في سوريا. و تأمين ادلب من الناحية الانسانية بشكل خاص باعتبارها وجهة الاخلاء. بالاضافة الى تأمين اولئك الذين يسافرون عبر الجزء الغربي من حلب .‐ التأكيد على ان القصف لن يستأنف في اي من تلك المناطق لاطار زمني مدته اسبوعين لمنع حدوث كارثة انسانية اخرى.

- Stop the hostilities and bombardments immediately and demand an immediate humanitarian pause due to the scale of the humanitarian crisis in Eastern Aleppo
- Provide safe corridors out of the city now ‐ secure the Castello Road as an exit from Eastern Aleppo&excl Ensure safe passage for medical cases. Hospitals can not cope with the injured and the levels of suffering are the result of continuous targeting of hospitals and civilian facilities by Russia and the regime. Estimates are around X people in need of urgent medical evacuation.
- Ensure an independent, impartial humanitarian convoy can enter East Aleppo to deliver urgent aid and add some humanitarian structure to the chaos. Between the escalation of violence and the onset of winter people are more vulnerable than ever before. Thousands face terror and extermination.
- Immediately recognise and call for a halt to arbitrary detention, torture, execution or forced army conscription of civilians, activist and media professionals in Syria, with an immediate focus on those in danger in Aleppo.
- Allow international monitoring by the ICRC and UN‐OCHA and guarantee safe passage for all the civilians and their families under threat in eastern Aleppo. Provide safe passage for those who are regime targets i.e. journalists and citizen activists i.e. Bana Alabed and her mother.
- Provide safety guarantees and pursue all diplomatic efforts to cease hostilities elsewhere in Syria, but particularly secure the evacuation city Idlib from a humanitarian perspective. Plus security for those travelling through Western Aleppo province. Ensure bombing does not resume in any of these areas for a timeframe of 2 weeks to prevent further humanitarian catastrophe.
