H E Secretary General of United Nations صاحب السعادة الأمين العام للأمم الم: Replacee UN Envoy to Yemen Ismael Ould Al-Cheikh Ahmed

The UN Envoy to Yemen, Ismael Ould Al&dashCheik Ahmed has failed to stop the wanton indiscriminate bombing of Yemen by the Coalition led by Saudi Arabia, which has caused the death and injury of over 10,000 and 20,000 civilians 60&percnt of whom are women and children. Moreover IOCA has repeatedly been biased towards the aggressor by continuously taking their positions on all aspects of the situation in Yemen. IOCA ignores important reference documents for solutions to the Yemeni "Crisis ", such as the Peace and Partnership Accord signed by all the political factions in Yemen, endorsed by the Gulf Cooperation Counci, the Group of Ten and the UN Security Council and was accomplished by his predecessor Assistant Secretary General Mr. Jamal Bin Omer, which is acordingly a UN document and binding on all sides and parties involved and with a stake in Yemen, and without any authority to do so by any of the entitie, which have ratified the agreement.
In addition Mr. IOCA has not once called for an independent investigation of all the civilian massacres caused by bombing attacks carried out by KSA led Coaition with intentional doubl, triple and quadruple tap air raids on any civilian targets for maximum killing and to prevent relief and rescue operations as witnessed by Amnesty International, HRW and MSF (Doctors Without Borders), the latter of whose hospitals have been hit 4 times by KSA led Coalition Aurcraft.
IOCA refused to get the UN to take action when Saudi Arabia refused to let the Yemeni National Delegation from returning to Sana'a after he failed to achieve agreement in talks in Kuwait, although they were under UN protection.
IOCA has also failed to bring to the attention of your Good Office and the Security Council the severe famine spreading in Yemen because of the tight blockade and severe bombings of the means of livelihood of the Yemeni people (factories, farms, fishing vessels, power stations, roads, bridges, seaports, airports, etc.
IOCA has also neglected to deal with the thousands of Yemenis stranded overseas who can't return to Yemen, and have no means of support in the locations where they are stranded.
For all intents abd purpises, please be informed that IOCA is not one step closer to ending the catastrophic conditions in Yemen caused by this illegitimate aggression on a sovereign state and member of the United Nation, and is obviously not exerting any real concerted effort to end this calamity of human and world conscience..


هناك إجماع لدي كل المراقبين والمهتمين بالشأن اليمني والفاهمين له أن إسماعيل ولد الشيخ أحمد المبعوث في قمقمي من هيئة الأمم، أصبح العثرة أمام الوصول إلى حل سلمي وعادل لما تسمى "الأزمة اليمنية"، مع أنها في الواقع أعظم من ذلك جدا، فاليمن يتعرض لعدوان سافر وغاشم وغير شرعي، بلا مبرر ولا مصوغ قانوني أو أممي.
وبالتالي مع مضي أكثر من سنة وهذا المبعوث صار يتعامل مع الشأن اليمني كأداة من أدوات العدوان فيلغي المرجعيات التي لا يريد المعتدين إبقاءها كاتفاق السلم والشراكة ويدين المعتدى عليه بتكرير ادعاءات المعتدين مثلا أن اليمن استهدفت الكعبة بصواريخنا الذي اعترف حلفاء المعتدين أن المستهدف غير ذلك، وبكل بساطة لم يقرب ولا بخطوة واحدة من إيقاف الغارات الجوية التي تقصف المدنيين وتدمر المنشئات المدنية الحيوية كالبنية التحتية (طرق، جسور، مستشفيات، موانئ، محطات الطاقة، وتوابع الشبكة الموحدة للكهرباء، آبار وشبكات مياه الشرب والري وخزاناتهامنشئات وشبكات الاتصالات)، خطوط أنابيب النفط ومنشئات إنتاج النفط والغاز ومنشئات تكرير النفط وتوزيعه، ومنشئات خزن وتوزيع الغاز، والمنشئات والنصانع الإقتصادية ومزارع الغذاء ومخازن السلع الغذائية، وزوارق وموانئ الصيد، والتي أصبحت شبه مدمرة بالكامل، ناهيك عن قصف المداىس والمنازل والسجون وصالات الأفراح وصالات العزاء، بل لم يوردها حتى في إحاطاته التافهة الكاذبة. ولم يجقق هذا الفاشل أي شيء يبعث بالأمل بأن الحرب على اليمن والحصار الهالك لأهل اليمن صارا قاب قوسين أو أدنى من الانتهاء. وأي مساس بسيادتنا، واستقلالنا، ومواردنا ومقدراتنا. والله غالب على أمره وهو ناصر للمستضعفين والحمد لله رب العالمين.
