*****Fundamento meu pedido :
A corte penal internacional exerce sua jurisdição sobre pessoas que praticam crimes graves e de transcendência internacional, sempre atuando complementarmente às jurisdições internas. Ou seja, o Tribunal pode exercer sua jurisdição apenas quando esgotadas, ou falhas, as instâncias internas dos Estados-partes.
A competência material do Tribunal está delimitada no artigo 5° do Estatuto de Roma. Nesse dispositivo, estão elencados os crimes que podem ser julgados pela corte. São eles: o genocídio, os crimes contra a humanidade, os crimes de guerra e o crime de agressão.
Como elementos básicos, apresenta o Estatuto, no seu Artigo 6, que o crime de genocídio é qualquer ato praticado com intenção de destruir, total ou parcialmente, um grupo nacional, étnico, racial ou religioso.

Visto que o Estado juiz é omisso, não toma providências para a punição. Peço que pelo princípio da complementariedade, da anterioridade e da legalidade que os culpados venham ser julgados e punidos como a lei dita.

Com base nas informações supracitadas fundamento minha petição e clamo por justiça.
