Asamblea Permanente de Derechos Humanos, Defensoria del Pueblo

El 25 de septiembre de 2013 fueron reprimidos más de 1600 indígenas en Chaparina-Bolivia, en plena marcha hacia la ciudad de La Paz, pidiendo diálogo con el presidente de la república en rechazo a la construcción del segundo tramo de la carretera Villa Tunari – San Ignacio de Moxos, que atravesería el Parque Nacional Territorio Indígena Isiboro Securé, TIPNIS. Hasta la fecha no se hizo las investigaciones debidas. No hubo justicia; solo amedrentamientos, manipulación y mayor vulneración de los derechos de indígenas y organizaciones e instituciones solidarias. Esto debe acabar con un verdadero juicio y castigo a los culpables.
