Make utility companies 'Not For Profit'.

The cost of basic utilities are increasing beyond people's ability to keep up. People are choosing between heating and eating. We can eliminate a large chunk of the increase by not having to pay profits to share holders. Just as it was an economical misjudgement to nationalise industries, so it is also an economical misjudgement to privatise industries where the industry is a basic necessity to all; the most important of these being electricity, gas and water.
