Phoenix Mayor, Arizona Congress

Only California, South Dakota, and Seattle have Native American Day. Phoenix can do better, and make it a great time to party, bands to play outdoors, right when the weather turns perfect. Following the great tradition of Halloween and leading into the great tradition of Thanksgiving. With a Native American theme. Give yourself an excuse to let your Animal Spirit go wild with creativity on a day to honor Native American.
