Disabled Canadians can not afford to buy medical marihuana. Medical marihuana helps with many types of disorders in ways that other medications can not. From Cancers to sever pain disorders. Without the ability to grow our own medication Canadians will be forced to suffer from severe pain that can otherwise only be controlled by harmful and powerful addictive narcotics and endure long and life threatening withdrawals should they have to stop the treatment. The new medical marihuana program that comes into effect March 31st 2014 will not only terminate our right to grow medical marihuana, but would also have us destroy all of the medication we have grown. We would then have to buy our medication from a designated government grower. Canadians can not afford to pay for medical marihuana while on a disability pension. The new system is also set up so that Canadians must buy medical marihuana in order to get a license to have it for medical reasons. This means that if for financial reasons you can not afford to buy medical marihuana, it will be illeagal for you to have it. Canadian that become disabled are being discriminated against because they can not afford to buy their medication.

Disabled Canadians are not causing harm to the children of Canada as the government would like you to believe. The current program was set up to fail as even though Health Canada was told to monitor the licensed growers they did not. Had they followed their own rules they would have caught the people that misused the system. Instead we are all assumed as criminals and our right to help ourselves is removed.
