The GCHQ violates the Human Right to Privacy. It also gathers information for commercial reasons (Brazilian oil companies) . It also spies on world leaders around the world including embassies.
By gathering data en mass the GCHQ has overridden the judicial system that was to act as checks for those suspected of a crime(s)
