STOP the restriction on seeds and plants

On May 6th The EU-Commission has presented it's new seed law which is valid in all of Europe.
This law enables the control of seeds and plants and does restrict the rights of farmers to exchange seeds, sow seeds of rare plants, fruits and vegetables that are not certified. Only seeds approved by the European Parliament can be sown and planted resulting in the loss of variety and the elimination of small companies that market seeds and plants, because the certification process is expensive and numerous bureaucratic hurdles create barriers.
Small companies that cultivate and sell seeds and plants, medical herbs and rare local plants will not be able to compete with Bayer, DuPont, Monsanto and Syngenta that have proven in the past to not shy away from court cases to get what they want, ruin farms and infiltrate and bribe governments. This new seeds law only benefits these multinationals and no-one else in Europe .

Questions is: Where do all these seeds come from when each year in spring time vegetables, flowers and fruits are planted ? From Monsanto, Bayer, Syngenta and DuPont? Say NO to this restriction on seeds!
