With air guns louder than jets, oil companies want to search for oil in the sea around Ibiza and Mallorca - a deadly threat to the residing sperm whales, fish and dolphins. Only together can we prevent this catastrophe.
The Spanish government is about to give the green light for the deadly air guns - but on August 4th, a delegation of experts travels to Madrid to persuade the government to stop the planned oil exploration. However, in order to build up the necessary pressure, they need our support: Ibiza and Mallorca are an incredibly popular holiday destinations for Germans - a wave of outrage from Germany could move the Spanish government to rethink as they would fear to lose revenue from tourism.
Tourism is a huge source of revenue for the Spanish government. Let’s collect 100,000 signatures this week and make the Spanish government stop the air guns. Sign now and forward this email to all your friends to increase the pressure!
