To the President of India: Release JNUSU President. Remove police from JNU campus

We appeal to you, Mr President, to intervene to stop the debacle at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), one of India's premier educational institutions where free speech and the freedom of movement are embedded in its DNA. Kanhaiya Kumar, the President of the JNU student union has been charged with sedition and is in custody. He was attacked by lawyers in Patiala House Court! Arrest them! Female JNU professors were manhandled and the media roughed up. Punish the guilty! Don't let JNU go down on your watch, Mr President. Decolonize our constitution!
