أوقفوا ترحيل اللاجئين السوريين إلى إيطاليا
تقوم دائرة الهجرة السويدية بترحيل طالبي اللجوء السوريين إلى إيطالية وذلك لوجود بصمات لهم هناك عند وصول اللاجئين الى ايطاليا يتم التحايل عليهم من قبل الشرطة واستخدام العنف الجسدي والنفسي والقوة المفرطة لاجبارهم على التبصيم , تقنع الشرطة الايطالية أن هذه البصمة لن تكون عائقاً لهم عند طلبهم للجوء في أي بلد آخر , ويتابع اللاجئون مسيرتهم لدول أخرى كالسويد مثلاً ويتقدمون بطلبات اللجوء وينتظرون لمدة لاتقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ليصدر بعدها قرار ترحيلهم الى إيطالية بسبب وجود بصمات لهم هناك , هنا تبدأ معاناة اللاجئين السوريين فمن المعروف أن الحكومة الإيطالية لاتقدم المسكن ولا الطعام وتقدم فقط مرتب شهري 25€ ومع إنعدام فرص العمل يجبر اللاجئون على النوم في محطات القطار وعلى الرصيف والأكل من بقايا الطعام والنفايات ليجد اللاجئ نفسه وعائلته أمام مستقبل مجهول ومعاناة أصعب من معاناة الحرب التي دفعته للهروب من بلده , نشير هنا إلى أن المفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين طلبت من الحكومة الايطالية تحسين وضع اللاجئين كما أصدرت المحكمة الأوروبية العليا قراراً غير ملزم بعدم ترحيل طالبي اللجوء إلى البلدان التي لاتضمن حقوق اللاجئين الأساسية ومن بين تلك الدول إيطالية . فمن مبدأ الإنسانية كان مطلبنا بعدم ترحيل اللاجئين السوريين في السويد الى إيطالية وذلك لعدم توفيرها أي حق من حقوق اللاجئين عدد اللاجئين السوريين الذين تتأثر هذه المشكلة هو حوالي 3890 لاجئ.

Stop the deportation of Syrian refugees to Italy
The Swedish Immigration Service deport a Syrian refugees seekers to Italy because they have fingerprints there.
What’s happening is when the refugees arrive to Italy they get deceived by the police to get their fingerprints even the police use the physical and psychological force and excessive force to force the refugees to give their fingerprints , the Italian police convince the refugees that leaving their fingerprints in Italy will not be a barrier to them when they request for asylum in any other country, When Refugees continue their way to other countries like Sweden for example,they apply for asylum and await for three months at least and may be year to be issued , the Swedish government takes a decision to deport the refugees to Italy because they have fingerprints their , here the suffering of Syrian refugees begins, as it’s known the Italian government does not afford houses for them and offer them 25 € as a monthly salary , While the chance for them to find job is extremely low they are forced to sleep in train stations, sidewalks and eat from leftovers and garbage . At the end the refugees find themselves with their families in uncertain future and suffering from a situation that is more difficult than the war that led them to escape from Syria.
We are pointing here that (UNHCR) has asked the Italian government to improve the status of refugees, as the European Supreme Court nonbonding resolution that the asylum seekers should not be deported to countries that does not guarantee the basic rights of refugees, “Italy is one of these countries “
From a humanitarian aspect we are asking the Swedish government to do not deport the syrian refugees to Italy Please , because they do not get any refugees rigts.
The number of Syrian refugees who affected by this issue is about 3890 refugees.
