We all watch this horrible and painful scenes where we see a young Palestinian whose name is Ahmed Manasrah13 years old on the ground,bleeding, and frightened, surrounded by Israelis, including policemen, Insulting him, yelling vulgar and hateful words at him. Nobody tried to help him. He was in that position because he had received a bullet in the head.
He stayed in that position for an hour before was taken to an Israeli hospital.
That same day, his cousin, 15 year old, was with him, also died after he had been shot, and his body still has not been returned to the family yet.

Two to three days later, in the Israeli press, images circulated, showing two teenagers running, and they were accused of attempted murder of an Israeli teenager. These images were not clear and did not identify the faces of the two Palestinian defendants. Moreover, the alleged scene of the attempted murder was never shown . Even if these charges were true, no child should be treated that way.

A week after his arrest, new images of the young Palestinian in the hospital were circulated. Ahmed was handcuffed to his bed. His lawyer said that Ahmed was beaten and isolated. Only his lawyer was able to provide him with food, since he could not feed himself by his handcuffed hand, and no one else except his lawyer was available to provide him with food. Handcuffed throughout his hospitalization, he could not take showers and he could only relieve himself next to his bed.

Before his trial in court, he suffered long and violent psychological torture (visible through a leaked video) to force him to admit to the attempted murder.
The next day, on November 10, during his appearance before the court, Ahmed maintained his innocence. Still imprisoned, he could see his family only two hours since the start of the events.

We saw a clear violation of his childhood and an injustice committed by the Israeli authorities on his innocence.
So we decided to launch a global campaign for Ahmad Manasrah's freedom: Free Ahmad Manasrah

The campaign's objectives are to work for his immediate release, by stoping to postpone his trial and to obtein the right of comingback to his family without jail's condamnation

To achieve our goal, we Will:

• Bring the Ahmad's case to the international media for which a large part of them are taking part in favor of the Israelis in spite of palestinian's right . The Israeliauthorities distort the truth and present false documentation to the international media to perseverein a crime without being censored.•
• Use social medias in order to have a world wide coverworld of the Ahmad's story that will allow continuousfollow-up and a global mobilization in solidarity withthe Hashtag #FreeAhmadManasrah
• To contact national and international children's right organizations and countries's member of the Geneva'sConvention in order to incite them to take a stand concerning their responsibilities and to oblige Israeli'sauthorities to respect the children's right conventions which are internationally recognized. To allow a continual follow-up of Ahmad's health, a protection against all violence committed by the Israeliauthorities, and an immediate transfer to his home until the end of his trial. Then finally to sanction severely who took part to Ahmad's physicals and morals tortures.

Because Ahmad is not alone! And there are 500+ other children behind Israeli jail bars, we have now joined forces with another campaign to ask for the release of all children being held in Israeli prisons.

Nous avons tous visionné ces scènes horribles et douloureuses où l'on voit un jeune palestinien âgé de 13 ans du nom de Ahmed Manasrah au sol, le corps ensanglanté, le regard effrayé, entouré par des forces de l'ordre Israéliennes.
Insulté, on lui souhaite la mort par des paroles vulgaires et haineuses sans que personne même ne tente de le secourir. Son cousin Hassan Manasrah âgé de 15 ans sera tué le même jour.

Deux, trois jours plus tard, dans la presse israélienne, des images circulent montrant deux adolescents entrain de courir accusés de tentative de meurtre sur un adolescent israélien. Ces images sont loin d’être claires et ne permettent pas d’identifier le visage des deux accusés palestiniens. Par ailleurs, on ne voit pas clairement la scène présumée de la tentative de meurtre.

Une semaine après son arrestation, de nouvelles images du jeune palestinien à l’hôpital circulent. On y voit Ahmed menotté à son lit. Son avocat indique qu’Ahmed a été frappé et insulté, ce dernier a été alimenté par son avocat, car personne ne le faisait manger et il ne pouvait pas non plus s’alimenter seul ayant la bouche cassée et la main menottée. Menotté durant toute son hospitalisation, il ne pouvait pas se doucher et devait faire ses besoins près de son lit.

Avant sa comparution devant la justice, il a subi de longues et violentes tortures psychologiques (visibles grâce à une vidéo ayant fuité) pour qu’il avoue la tentative de meurtre. Le lendemain, le 10 novembre, lors de son apparition devant le tribunal, Ahmed a clamé son innocence.

Toujours incarcéré, il n’a pu voir sa famille que deux heures depuis le début des évènements. 1 Nous avons vu une violation flagrante de son enfance et une injustice commise par les autorités israéliennes concernant son innocence.

Nous avons donc décidé de lancer une campagne mondiale en faveur de la libération de l'enfant palestinien Ahmad Manasrah: Free Ahmad Manasrah
Avec pour objectif principal d'œuvrer en faveur de sa libération immédiate en cessant ainsi le report répétitif de son procès et un retour au sein de sa famille sans être condamné à une peine de prison ferme.

Afin d'atteindre notre but, nous voulons :

•  Porter le cas d'Ahmad Manasrah au niveau des médias occidentaux pour qui une grande partie d'entre eux prennent part en faveur des Israéliens au dépit des droits du peuple palestinien. Les autorités israéliennes déforment la vérité et présentent des documentations mensongères aux médias internationaux pour persévérer dans une criminalité sans être censurée.

•  Utiliser les réseaux sociaux afin de couvrir mondialement l'histoire de Ahmad Manasrah ce qui permettra un suivi continu et une mobilisation de solidarité mondiale avec le Hashtag #FreeAhmadManasrah

•  Contacter les organismes nationaux et internationaux des droits de l'enfant ainsi que les pays membres de la convention de Genève dans le but de les inciter à prendre position de ce qui relève de leur responsabilités et obliger les autorités israéliennes à respecter les conventions reconnues internationalement sur les droits de l'enfant. De permettre un suivi continue de la santé de Ahmad et une protection contre toutes violences commises par les autorités israéliennes, et un transfert immédiat à son domicile en attendant le fin de son procès. Puis enfin sanctionner lourdement les personnes qui ont participé aux tortures physiques et morales d'Ahmad.

Hemos visto las horribles y dolorosas escenas en las que un niño palestino llamado Ahmad Manasrah, de 13 años, yacía sobre el piso, sangrando y asustado, rodeado de israelíes, policías incluidos, que lo insultaban a los gritos con odio y grosería. Nadie intentó ayudarlo. El niño quedó tendido en el piso, después de ser baleado en la cabeza, durante una hora, antes de ser llevado a un hospital israelí.Ese mismo día su primo, de 15 años, que estaba con él, fue asesinado a tiros y su cuerpo aún no ha sido entregado a su familia.

Dos o tres días después, en la prensa israelí circularon imágenes que mostraban a ambos niños corriendo y fueron acusados de intentar asesinar a un adolescente israelí. Esas imágenes no eran claras, no permitían identificar los rostros de los dos palestinos demandados. Y es más, la supuesta escena de intento de asesinato jamás fue mostrada. Y aunque las acusaciones fueran verdad, ningún niño debe ser tratado de esa manera.

.Una semana después de ser arrestado, circularon nuevas imágenes del niño palestino en el hospital. Ahmed estaba esposado a la cama. Su abogado dijo que Ahmed fue golpeado y aislado. Ahmed no podía alimentarse por tener su mano esposada a la cama, y nadie se ocupó de alimentarlo, salvo su abogado, cuando le permitieron visitarlo. Lo mantuvieron esposado constantemente durante toda su internación, sin permitirle ir a darse una ducha ni usar el baño, obligándolo a hacer sus necesidades al lado de su cama.

Antes de ser llevado ante un tribunal, sufrió una larga y violenta tortura psíquica (que puede observarse en el video filtrado) para obligarlo a admitir el intento de asesinato.

El 10 de noviembre, durante su audiencia ante el tribunal, Ahmad sostuvo su inocencia. Aún permanece encarcelado y sólo puedo ver a su familia durante dos horas desde el comienzo de los acontecimientos, el 12 de octubre.

Vimos una clara violación a su infancia y una injusticia cometida par las autoridades israelíes contra su inocencia.Entonces decidimos lanzar una campaña mundial por la liberación de Ahmad Manasrah: Free Ahmad Manasrah[Liberen a Ahmad Manasrah].

El objetivo de la campaña es trabajar por su inmediata liberación, impidiendo la postergación del juicio y obteniendo el derecho a regresar con su familia sin condena a prisión. Para lograr nuestro objetivo, queremos:•

• Levar el caso de Ahmad a los medios internacionales, gran parte de los cuales toman partido a favor de los israelíes a pesar de los derechos que asisten a los palestinos. Las autoridades israelíes distorsionan la verdad y presentan documentación falsa a los medios internacionales para continuar con sus crímenes sin ser censurados.•
• Usar las redes sociales para lograr una amplia cobertura mundial de la historia de Ahmad, lo cual permitirá un seguimiento continuo y una movilización mundial de solidaridad con la etiqueta: #FreeAhmadManasrah•
• Ponernos en contacto con organizaciones nacionales e internacionales dedicadas a los derechos de los niños y países miembros del Convenio de Ginebra para incitarlos a tomar posición en relación a sus responsabilidades y a obligar a Israel a respetar los derechos de los niños internacionalmente reconocidos. También para dar lugar al seguimiento continuo de la salud de Ahmad, la protección contra toda violencia cometida por las autoridades israelíes y el traslado inmediato a su hogar hasta que el juicio finalice. Y finalmente para sancionar severamente a quienes hayan participado en las torturas físicas y morales contra Ahmad.

Wir alle haben diese schrecklichen und schmerzhaften Szenen gesehen, in denen ein junger Palästinenser namens Ahmed Manasrah 13 Jahre alt, mit Blutungen und voller Schrecken am Boden lag, von Israelis darunter auch von Polizisten Beleidigt und mit hassworten beschimpft wurde. Niemand versuchte, ihm zu helfen. Er war in dieser Position, weil er einen Kopfschuss erlitten hatte. Er blieb eine ganze Stunde lang in dieser Position, bevor man Ihn in ein israelisches Krankenhaus brachte. Am selben Tag wurde sein Cousin 15 Jahre, der an dem Tag mit Ihm zusammen war, erschossen. Der Leichnam wurde bis heute noch nicht an seine Familie zurückgegeben. Zwei bis drei Tage später wurden Bilder in der israelischen Presse verbreitet, in denen zwei Teenager zu sehen sind die davon springen, und des versuchten Mordes an einem israelischen Jugendlichen beschuldigt werden. Diese Bilder waren unscharf, weshalb die Gesichter der beiden Palästinenser nicht zu erkennen wahren. Darüber hinaus ist die angebliche Szene des versuchten Mordes nie gezeigt worden. Selbst wenn diese Anklagen wahr wären, sollte kein Kind auf diese Weise behandelt werden. Eine Woche nach seiner Festnahme wurden neue Bilder des jungen Palästinenser im Krankenhaus in Umlauf gebracht. Ahmed wurde an sein Bett gefesselt. Sein Anwalt sagte, dass Ahmed geschlagen und isoliert wurde. Nur sein Anwalt konnte ihn mit Nahrung versorgen, da er mit Handschellen ans Bett gefesselt war und sonst niemand zur Verfügung stand, um ihn mit Nahrung zu versorgen. Durch den ganzen Krankenhausaufenthalt hindurch war Ahmed andauernden mit Handschellen ans Bett gefesselt, konnte nicht Duschen und musste seine Geschäfte direkt neben dem Bett erledigen. Vor seinem Gerichtsprozess, erlitt er lange und heftige psychische Folter (In einem durchgesickerten Video zu sehen), um ihn zu zwingen den versuchten Mord zuzugeben. Am 10. November, an seinem Auftritt vor Gericht beteuerte Ahmed seine Unschuld. Als inhaftierter, konnte er seine Familie seit dem Beginn der Ereignisse im Ganzen, nur zwei Stunden sehen. Wir sahen eine klare Verletzung seiner Kinderrechte und eine Ungerechtigkeit seitens israelischer Behörden, gegenüber seiner Unschuld. Also beschlossen wir, eine globale Kampagne für Ahmad Manasrah‘s Freiheit zu starten: Free Ahmad Manasrah!!! Ziele der Kampagne sind: Um seine sofortige Freilassung zu streben, verhindern das sein Prozess ständig verschoben wird und das Recht ohne Gefängnisstrafe zu seiner Familie zurückkehren zu dürfen. Um unser Ziel zu erreichen, werden wir: • Ahmad Manasrah‘s Fall vor die internationalen Medien bringen, die trotz Rechte der Palästinenser, Grösstenteils zugunsten der Israelis Berichten. Die Israelischen Behörden verzerren die Wahrheit und liefern gefälschte Unterlagen an die internationalen Medien, um einem angeblichen Verbrechen nachzugehen ohne zensiert zu werden. • Verwendung Sozialer Medien, für eine weltweite Verbreitung Ahmads Geschichte, ein kontinuierliches follow-up und eine globale Mobilisierung der Solidarität mit dem Hashtag #FreeAhmadManasrah ermöglichen. • Um nationale und internationale Kinderrechtsorganisationen und Mitglieder der Genfer Konvention zu kontaktieren und sie aufzufordern, einen Stand über ihre Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Israelischen Behörden zu verpflichten die international anerkannte Kinderrechtskonvention, zu respektieren. Eine konstante Überwachung von Ahmad‘s Gesundheit und den Schutz gegenüber jeglicher Gewalt durch Israelische Behörden. Ein sofortiger Transfer von Ahmed in sein Elternhaus, bis ans Ende seines Prozesses zu ermöglichen. Und letztendlich alle diejenigen, die an seinen seelischen und körperlichen Folter teilhatten, schwer zu bestrafen. Weil Ahmad nicht allein ist! Es gibt mehr als 500 andere Kinder die sich in israelischen Gefängnissen befinden. Abbiamo visto tutti queste orribili e dolorose immagini in cui un bambino palestinese, Ahmad Manasrah di 13 anni, è steso per terra sanguinante e spaventato, circondato da un gruppo di israeliani, inclusi alcuni poliziotti, che lo insultano, gridandogli parole volgari e piene d'odio. Nessuno cercava di aiutarlo. Era lì sdraiato perché era stato colpito con un proiettile alla testa.È rimasto in quella posizione per un'ora prima di essere trasportato in un ospedale israeliano.Lo stesso giorno, suo cugino di 15 anni era insieme a lui ed è morto dopo essere stato colpito dal fuoco israeliano; il suo corpo non è ancora stato restituito alla sua famiglia.
Due o tre giorni più tardi, sui media israeliani, hanno cominciato a circolare delle immagini che mostravano 2 ragazzi, accusati di aver cercato di uccidere un ragazzo israeliano, mentre correvano.Queste immagini non erano chiare e non identificavano i due ragazzi palestinesi accusati. In più la scena del tentato omicidio non è mai stata mostrata. Anche se queste accuse fossero vere, nessun bambino dovrebbe essere trattato in questo modo.
Una settimana dopo il suo arresto, hanno iniziato a circolare nuove immagini del giovane palestinese in ospedale. Il suo avvocato ha dichiarato che Ahmad era stato picchiato e tenuto in isolamento. Solo il suo avvocato aveva potuto dargli da mangiare, perché lui, essendo ammanettato al suo letto, non era in grado di farlo da solo e nessun altro se non il suo avvocato poteva nutrirlo. Ammanettato durante tutto il ricovero ospedaliero, non ha mai potuto farsi la doccia e ha dovuto espletare i bisogni fisiologici vicino al suo letto.
Prima della sua comparizione in tribunale ha subito una lunga tortura psicologica (visibile in un video circolato su internet) per obbligarlo ad ammettere il tentato omicidio.Il giorno seguente, il 10 novembre, durante l'udienza in tribunale, Ahmad si è dichiarato innocente.Ancora imprigionato, ha potuto vedere la sua famiglia solo due volte dall'inizio dell'intera vicenda.
Abbiamo riconosciuto una chiara violazione della sua infanzia e un'ingiustizia commessa dalle autorità israeliane contro la sua innocenza.Abbiamo quindi deciso di lanciare una campagna mondiale per la liberazione di Ahmad Manasrah: Free Ahmad Manasrah.Gli obiettivi della campagna sono lavorare al suo immediato rilascio, fermando il rinvio del processo, e ottenere per lui il diritto di tornare dalla sua famiglia senza la condanna in tribunale.

Per raggiungere il nostro scopo noi:

-Porteremo il caso di Ahmad all'attenzione dei media internazionali, la maggior parte dei quali parlano in favore di Israele contro i diritti dei palestinesi. Le autorità israeliane distorcono la realtà e presentano documentazioni false ai media internazionali per continuare le attività criminali senza essere condannati.
-Useremo i social media per avere una copertura mondiale della storia di Ahmad che comporterà una continua attenzione e una mobilitazione globale in solidarietà con l'hashtag #FreeAhmadManasrah
-Contatteremo le organizzazioni nazionali e internazionali per i diritti dei bambini e i paesi membri della Convenzione di Ginevra, per incitarli a prendere una posizione rispetto alle loro responsabilità e obbligare le autorità israeliane a rispettare le convenzioni per i diritti dei bambini riconosciute internazionalmente.Per permettere una continuativa attenzione alla salute di Ahmad, una protezione contro tutte le violenze commesse dalle autorità israeliane, e un immediato trasferimento a casa sua fino alla fine del processo.
