President Kagame: The World is Watching

Opposition politician Diane Shima Rwigara was prevented from running against President Kagame in the last Rwandan election and now, along with her mother and sister, has been imprisoned on trumped up charges. They have been denied visits by family members who were attempting to bring food. We ask for fair and humane treatment in Remera Women's Prison in Kigali, and we ask for due process and transparency as the judicial process proceeds.
