The US government just gave giant company Shell the go-ahead to drill in the pristine Arctic for oil, putting our climate and the ocean’s majestic wildlife under grave risk. But there’s a way we can stop this.

Five unlikely local officials hold the key to the climate floodgates. Before Shell can get to the Arctic, they need a key permit from the Port of Seattle, where one of their monster boats is already fueling up for the trip.
