دونالد ترامب: حقوق الانسان.... الى الوراء در......

تعتبر القرارات التنفيذية التي وقعّها الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب والقاضية بمنع دخول مواطنين من سبع دول عربية وإسلامية، وكذلك منع استقبال اللاجئين وحرمانهم من حق اللجوء الى أمكنة آمنة إنتهاكاً صارخاً للأعراف الدولية والحقوقية التي تضمن الكرامة الإنسانية وتعترف بحقوق البشر الثابتة كأساس للحرية والعدل في العالم. هذه القرارات تعيدنا بالذاكرة الى الفكر الإستعماري الإقصائي الذي يمَّيز بين البشر على أساس اللون والعرق والدين والجنسية، كما إنها تناقض الأسس التي قامت عليها الولايات المتحدة الأميركية باعتبارها دولة حاضنة للتنوّع وملتزمة بالمبادئ العالمية والاتفاقيات الدولية والاعلانات والمعاهدات.إن جهود الدول جميعها كرسّت الإعتراف بالكرامة المتأصلة في جميع أعضاء الأسرة البشرية وبحقوقهم المتساوية الثابتة كأساس للحرية والعدل والسلام في العالم. هذا النوع من القرارات يؤذي الضمير الإنساني ويشكّل سببا إضافياً لزيادة النزاعات وزيادة وتيرة التطرّف في وقت علينا ان نظافر جهودنا لحل الأزمات العالمية وليس توسيعها.وقعّ/ي على هذه العريضة للمطالبة بالعدول عن هذا القرار، من أجل الديمقراطية وسيادة القانون العادل وحقوق الانسان العالمية ومن أجل حماية الإنسانية والشعوب فلا يكون فيها الحكم على أصلهم بل علي ما تنطوي عليها أخلاقهم.

The executive decisions, signed by President Donald Trump, preventing the entry of citizens from seven Arab and Islamic countries, as well as preventing the reception of refugees and the denial of asylum to safe regions of the world, create a flagrant violation and breach to international human rights norms that should  originally guarantee human dignity and recognize the consistent rights as foundation to freedom and justice in the world. This decision brings us back to the colonial exclusionary ideology that discriminates  between people on the basis of color, race, religion, nationality, etc..... It is also in contradiction to the commandments of the United States of America, claiming to be a nation incubating and sheltering  diversity and considering itself committed to the universal principles and international conventions, declarations and treaties.The efforts of the States devotedly recognize the inherent dignity of all members of the human family and the equal and inalienable rights, creating   the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world. This kind of decision hurts the conscience of humankind and is a further reason for increasing conflicts, and may contribute to an increase in the pace of extremism at a time when we have to deploy multiple efforts to solve global crises rather than aid in spreading them.Sign this petition to demand the reverse of this decision, for democracy and the rule of law, fair and universal human rights and for the protection of the people who will not be judged based on their origin, but on what their morality prevails.
