في ظلّ تكرّر حوادث الطرقات وتعدّد المخاطر التي تتعرّض لها
النّساء الفلاّحات نتيجة ظروف العمل غير اللائقة والماسّة بكرامتهنّ والتي تصل حدّ الموت الناتج عن اعتماد وسائل نقل غير مجهّزة وغيرلائقة وغير محميّه ولا تخضع لأي ضمانات قانونيّة والتي يتّبع أصحابها المسالك الفلاحيّة للتهرّب من المراقبة.
وفي ظلّ سياسة التشغيل الهش وضرب شروط العمل اللائق الذي ينعكس سلبا على الفلاحات كحلقة أضعف في القطاع الفلاحي غير المهيكل.
تدعو الجمعيّة التّونسيّة للنّساء الديمقراطيات مكوّنات المجتمع المدني
والسياسي والناشطين والنّاشطات في المجال الحقوقي ل توقيع هذه العريضة من أجل دفع
صنّاع الرأي والقرار إلى اتّخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لايجاد ظروف عمل لائقة وامنة للنّساء
والحدّ من التمييز ضدّهنّ عبر:
-إيجاد إطارتعاقدي لعملهنّ في القطاع الفلاحي يضمن لهنّ العمل وفق شروط ضامنة للكرامة باعتبارهنّ مساهمات في التنمية الاقتصاديّة للبلاد وفي الدّخل القومي الخام.
- تطوير قانون الشغل بما يتماشى ودستور تونس لسنة 2014 ولا يتنافى مع الاتفاقيات الدولية .
- إيلاء أهميّة خاصّة لمراقبة النقل من أجل حماية النّساء من الحوادث.
- ضمان التغطية الاجتماعيّة للنّساء العاملات بالقطاع الفلاحي وفي العمل غير المنظّم عبر
اعتماد مقاربة النوع الاجتماعي في اقرار الميزانيات وصياغتها .
وتطالب الجمعيّة التونسيّة للنّساء الديمقراطيات الحكومة بالتدخّل السريع من أجل تحقيق كلّ هذه المطالب.

Pour une politique de protection économique et sociale des non-salariées dans le secteur agricole.
Face aux dangers auxquels sont exposées les femmes non -salariées dans le travail précaire du secteur agricole
et face à la fréquence des accidents mortels pendant le trajet aller-retour entre le domicile et le travail dont elles sont victimes,
face à la politique d'embauche discriminatoire dont elles sont victimes,
L'ATFD appelle la société civile et politique ainsi que les activistes dans le domaine des droits humains à signer la pétition afin d'acculer les politiques à prendre les mesures nécessaires suivantes:
- créer un statut juridique dans le code du travail afin d’encadrer ces employées qui participent largement au développement de l'économie nationale et pour leur garantir les conditions de travail digne.
- développer la loi du travail conformément à la constitution tunisienne de 2014 et aux conventions internationales.
- contrôler les moyens de transport afin de protéger ces femmes des accidents routiers mortels dont elles sont souvent victimes .
- garantir une couverture sociale aux employées du secteur agricole et dans les métiers marginalisés de ce secteur en adoptant l'approche genre dans la conception et l’élaboration du budget du pays .
L'ATFD demande au chef du gouvernement d'intervenir rapidement afin de donner une suite favorable à toutes ces revendications.

How long do women lose their lives as a result of the authorities’ negligence and reluctance to take drastic measures to protect women economically and socially?
Following the recurring road accidents and the numerous risks and dangers to which working women in agriculture are alarmingly exposed as a result of the appalling conditions of indecent work, mainly the recurring injuries and deaths due to the use of poorly-equipped and unsafe means of transport whose drivers take unsafe rural routes to escape police detection,
because of the non-existence of a contractual framework for women employed in the agricultural sector
The Tunisian Association of Democratic Women calls all the components of the civil society, politicians as well as Human Rights’ activists to sign this petition so as to urge decision makers and policy actors to take the following measures so as to improve women’s working conditions and to end gender discrimination by:
- providing women with employment contracts in the agricultural sector, which would guarantee regular decent jobs to meet women’s right for dignity, since they are actively taking part in the economic development.
- developing labor law in relation with the tunisian constitution in 2014, respecting international conventions - giving primary importance to controlling transportation for the sake of protecting women from lethal road accidents. - ensuring social protection for women working in the agricultural sector and in the non-structural work in this sector based on social gender approach in giving and deciding the budgets .
The Tunisian Association of Democratic Women also calls on the Head of Government for an urgent action to put into effect all these claims.
