Recent reports reveal that even while Exxon executives knew about the disastrous effects of climate change decades ago, they contributed millions to mislead the public. We call on you to launch an immediate investigation of Exxon for deliberate deception of the public and investors about climate change and fossil fuels.

The Federal Government taking Exxon to court for lying about climate change could be an absolute game changer -- and it could happen!

But despite a major exposé that prompted two State Attorney Generals to launch investigations, the Department of Justice hasn't budged.

Unlike the DoJ, state Attorneys General are politicians -- they’re elected and many aspire to higher office, so they listen to the public. If we get AGs from other states to investigate, we could create momentum that raises the stakes and forces the DoJ to bring in the big guns.
