The prosecution and imprisonment of Ibtissame “Betty” Lachgar for peaceful expression violates Morocco’s human rights obligations and constitutes arbitrary punishment against dissent, feminist activism, and LGBTI+ rights. We demand you to act for her immediate release and urgent medical care.
