Free Narges Mohammadi

To all governments represented at the UN Human Rights Council session in Geneva:

As citizens from across the world, we call on you to publicly demand the immediate and unconditional release of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Narges Mohammadi and all political prisoners in Iran. Her life is at risk after years of abuse in detention. We urge you to use every diplomatic tool available to press Iran to free those imprisoned for defending human rights.

Free Narges Mohammadi
Narges Mohammadi’s skin is purple with bruises, her vision blurred from repeated blows to the head. Her life is reportedly at risk after years of imprisonment and abuse for her Nobel-winning fight to defend women’s rights and stop executions in Iran.

But we still have a chance to push for her freedom.

The world will soon turn its attention to human rights in Iran at a key UN meeting in Geneva – while the regime is vulnerable, reeling from crises at home and abroad and scrambling for leverage in nuclear talks with the US.

Time is short – add your name and when our call is massive, we’ll deliver our voices straight to governments in Geneva, urging them to demand freedom for Narges and all political prisoners.
