But she remains under detention, and without continued pressure, she could soon be dragged back to an Iranian jail. Iranian Nobel Peace Laureate Narges Mohammadi has fearlessly defended women’s rights, fought bravely to stop executions, and inspired millions in her country and around the world.

Her activism has seen her thrown into jail by the Iranian regime – and now her life hangs by a thread. When she was arrested in December, she was brutally beaten and has since suffered a suspected heart attack.

She’s been transferred to the hospital in critical condition, and a return to jail could kill her. But together, we could help win her freedom. Global pressure has helped free prisoners in Iran before, and a massive burst of public attention now could push Tehran to free Narges.
