Tanzania: Stop the Bloodshed — Free the Prisoners Now!
To President Suluhu of Tanzania and all world leaders:
As citizens from across the world, we call on President Suluhu to immediately stop the bloodshed, release all political prisoners and disappeared, and launch an investigation into the crimes committed by police forces.
We call on world leaders to take every action possible – including canceling aid and restricting funding – to ensure the political violence ends, justice is served, the unjustly imprisoned are freed, and Tanzanian democracy continues.
