If you’re reading this, you are already one of the luckiest humans ever to have lived -- statistically more likely to live longer, be better educated, and have greater political rights than any generation ever before.
We all face challenges. But there’s almost no situation that doesn’t seem better after reflecting on what we have to be thankful for. Scientists say that two minutes of conscious gratitude a day can transform our relationships, health and happiness. *And* it generates the humility, hope and wisdom humanity needs to work together and overcome our greatest challenges.
Forming a gratitude habit can be hard, as it’s easy to forget -- so let’s do it together for two minutes a day for two weeks, sharing what we’re thankful for in the world’s first online global gratitude journal. If we all sign up, we’ll be filling the world with a million minutes of gratitude a day!
