We call on you to fast-track direct-to-cell satellite service for Iran, allowing people to document atrocities and reconnect with the world during a total blackout. We also urge governments, most urgently the US treasury, to issue clear guidance confirming that this humanitarian activation is permitted under existing sanctions law – removing legal barriers that prevent life-saving action.
