To Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne and Community Safety and Correctional Services Minister David Orazietti:

As citizens appalled by inhumane treatment of Adam Capay, we demand you immediately release him from solitary confinement, give him the medical care he needs, and stay the charges against him. We further demand that those responsible for his ongoing mistreatment be held to account and that policy changes are made to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
