Keep the Ban

To Members of the UK Parliament:

As passionate upholders of the traditional British opposition to animal cruelty, we call on our MPs to vote against any relaxation of the fox-hunting ban. Let’s keep fox-hunting where it belongs -- firmly in the past.

Keep the Ban
An exhausted, cornered fox, torn to shreds by a pack of dogs -- MPs banned this cruel spectacle in 2004 but they vote again this week on whether to relax the law.

The change will let hunters use a full pack of hounds to flush out foxes for 'pest-control' before being shot. The limit is two dogs now, so this means a return to foxes fleeing in terror from the baying mob of riders and dogs.

MPs have a ‘free vote’. They'll be speaking for you, not their political party. We have just days to raise a deafening cry to keep fox-hunting where it belongs -- firmly in the past. We’ll deliver that call direct to MPs with messages they can’t ignore. Sign now and share this with everyone you know.
