Koalas are some of the most beloved animals on Earth — gentle, iconic, and deeply vulnerable.

But right now, in Victoria Australia, they’re being shot out of trees by marksmen in helicopters. Up to 750 have been killed — and many baby joeys are now orphaned, left to suffer alone.

Local authorities say it’s to prevent suffering after bushfires devastated their forest — but experts say it's reckless, cruel, and completely avoidable.

We have to act fast. Animal rescue groups and local campaigners are demanding an urgent halt to the cull, independent access to the site, and a full review of what happened — and if we raise a deafening outcry now, we can help force change. Let’s protect Australia’s koalas before more are lost.
