US: Let Afghan girls compete!

To Secretary of State Rex Tillerson:

6 incredible Afghan girls defied all odds to win a place in a global science, technology, engineering, and math competition. The State Department denied them visas. We call on you to reverse the decision and let the girls in.

US: Let Afghan girls compete!
6 girls from Afghanistan formed an engineering team. They learned robotics, scraped together resources for their invention, and were accepted to the finals of a global competition in Washington DC!

But the US won’t let them in.

These girls represent our hopes for the future of their devastated country and for our world. They are the best of us. And the State Department is telling them that they are not enough.

Now it’s up to us to stand with the girls. We have just 2 weeks before the competition. When 1 million of us sign, we’ll have prominent engineers and scientists deliver our call directly to the doors of the State Department -- join the global call, then send a message of love and encouragement to the girls!
