As citizens shocked by the inequality and criminality revealed in the Panama Papers, we call on you to immediately shut down tax havens and go after evaders. This requires:
    1) Strong national legal tax regimes to eliminate loopholes and counter abuses;
    2) Stiff penalties for tax evaders and the intermediaries who enable them;
    3) Total transparency through public registers of who really owns and profits from all companies.

A band of bankers is assisting a wealthy elite in robbing all of us of billions of dollars in taxes each year -- it's like Robin Hood gone wrong.
