Scientists just discovered that only two penguin babies have survived mass starvation in a colony of tens of thousands in Antarctica. This devastation has only happened once before in 50 years! 

Now the scientists are urgently calling for a marine reserve to protect them, and countries meet in two days to decide. 23 are onboard, but only one can make it happen: Russia. 

Insiders say Russia wants to be seen globally as a champion of Antarctic protection. We can do that, but we have to move fast.
