Wow!! We did it! We needed 1 million signatures to put a full transition to pesticide free agriculture, restoration of biodiversity and support for agro-ecology on the official EU agenda. We smashed the goal and are now waiting for the official count and the EU's response.

We call on the European Union to:
Phase-out the use of synthetic pesticides
The use of synthetic pesticides in EU agriculture must be reduced by 80 percent by 2030, and totally phased out by 2035.
Take strong action to restore our biodiversity
Natural ecosystems in agricultural areas need to be urgently restored, so farming becomes a key contributor to the recovery of our biodiversity.
Support farmers in the transition towards agroecology.
Small, diverse and sustainable farms must be favoured, and organic farming expanded. Training and research into pesticide-free and GMO-free agriculture shall be promoted.
