To Canada's Health Minister Philpott, Environment Minister Mckenna and PM Trudeau:

We call on you to immediately ban the use of Imidacloprid and all neonicotinoid pesticides which are known to be lethal to bees and other insects. The catastrophic demise of bee colonies could put our whole food chain in danger.

The crisis facing our bees is terrifying. If bees vanish, so do we. But colonies that help our crops grow are collapsing around the world -- and we’re running out of time to act.

Toxic farming chemicals are a key cause of the decline -- and right now, Canada could set an amazing precedent by banning one of the worst! Chemical giant Bayer is pushing Canada to keep this poison on the shelves, but together we can stop bees from being killed!

Canada is enormous, and a world leader in agriculture -- if we form a million strong swarm in support of the ban, we can stand up to the chemical kingpins and help save bees everywhere! The government is asking what the public think right now -- so let’s tell them!!
